Key Responsibilities:- Handling a caseload of SEND matters, including drafting local authority responses, position statements, and collating final evidence.
- Chairing legal planning and pre-hearing meetings to ensure effective case management.
- Providing general education law advice to client departments and schools, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with experience in education law and SEN matters.
