- Reporting and Metrics: You will own the resource management weekly reporting to leadership, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Certinia Strategy and Implementation: You will develop and implement the end-to-end strategy for our use of Certinia, our enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Process Improvement and Optimization: You will work closely with the Sales Tech team to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize our use of Certinia.
- Customer Success and Support: You will meet with our assigned Customer Success Manager from Certinia to identify opportunities for improvement in our processes and discuss outstanding support cases.
- Business Intelligence and Reporting: You will contribute to our Business Review (WBR) to provide insights into utilization, duration, and capacity trends and opportunities.
You will start your day by reviewing the daily Professional Services Request (PSR) intake queue, analyzing the demand, reviewing the quality, and confirming or rejecting intake based on set criteria. You will also provide week-on-week data to leadership.

We are a dynamic team that aspires to provide our customers with a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing support.
Requirements- Experience with Data-Driven Decision Making: You will have experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Program Strategy and Delivery: You will have experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Program or Project Management: You will have experience in program or project management.
- Advanced Degree: A Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
- Process Improvement Experience: You will have experience leading process improvements.
