Job Title: Senior Business Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Manager to join our Business Operations Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the CMI team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the CMI team and provide guidance and expertise to ensure all work is carried out to meet regulatory and legal team requirements
* Manage workloads effectively, monitoring volumes and priorities, and liaising with requestors as appropriate
* Research and identify new clients using our systems and online tools
* Work operationally as part of the team and lead by example in terms of behavior and quality of service outputs
* Collaborate with the Central Services Manager to flag potential training requirements for the team

Requirements:

* Sound understanding of AML rules and KYC requirements
* Demonstrable experience of problem-solving and building relationships with clients and peer groups
* Advanced IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Experience of using document, case, and practice management systems
* Excellent team player with a proactive, professional, and flexible approach to work
