Job Summary:

Fawkes and Reece London is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across our sites in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct site audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams on Health, Safety, and Environmental matters
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for Health, Safety, and Environmental management
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (CMIOSH)
• CSCS Card
• Faset, Confined Spaces, Scaffold Inspection, and Fire Marshall certifications
• IOSH affiliation
• Previous Health and Safety experience (preferably 2-4 years) in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in driving a safety culture through all levels of an organization
• Experience in strategic planning and implementing projects
• Experience in report writing
