Health and Safety Director

Irwin and Colton are seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the health and safety function across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing health and safety policies and procedures on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations and staying updated on key legislative changes.
- Engaging with managers, clarifying responsibilities, and addressing technical health and safety queries.
- Conducting audits, inspections, and accident investigations, consistently seeking areas for improvement, and developing health and safety performance.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within construction and civil engineering industries.
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent as a minimum.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A UK driver's licence is essential.
