About the Role:

  • Oversee all aspects of the visitor centre, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visitor experience, increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote the visitor centre and distillery to a wider audience.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the visitor centre operates within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local licensing requirements and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in visitor services, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications, such as online booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
