Human Resources Generalist and Office Manager

Atkinson Moss is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist and Office Manager to support their coastal-based client in their search for a versatile professional.
This role reports to the Senior Director and involves providing HR best practices advice and full generalist support to the company, while also managing the office on a day-to-day basis.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in generalist HR and operational/organisational services, with a minimum of CIPD L3 qualification and experience in ER cases and proven HR advisory experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to drive success and foster a positive work culture with a customer-centric approach, while also maintaining HR databases and CV and job applicants' database.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing HR best practices advice and full generalist support to the company
- Managing the office on a day-to-day basis, including purchasing office supplies and overseeing events
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive success and foster a positive work culture
- Maintaining HR databases and CV and job applicants' database
- Listening to employee complaints and seeking solutions
