Job Title: People Team Manager
At East Coast College, we are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Team Manager. This is a fixed-term position to May 2026, covering maternity leave.
As a People Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring staff to ensure an effective and dynamic HR service. You will draw upon your generalist HR knowledge to support managers and colleagues in navigating and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring East Coast College remains compliant with the latest employment law and industry practice.
Key requirements include:
- Working knowledge of HRIS – iTrent desirable
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor
- Excellent written skills – policies, reports, correspondence, etc.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and implement action plans
- Successful management of stakeholder relationships
