Financial Controller for Construction Group

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Armstrong Knight. The successful candidate will be responsible for the integration of our Sage Eque II system, ensuring seamless reporting and financial management across multiple trading companies.
Key Responsibilities- Assume day-to-day responsibility for system interrogation, testing, and communications with the Finance Director.
- Take ownership of two key operational divisions as Financial Controller.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and report directly to the Group Finance Director.
- Collaborate with the Group Finance Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and robust monthly reporting.
- A qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with a proven track record in accounting within a group reporting structure.
- Experience in working with advanced Excel/Power BI skills to support automation of management reporting.
- Inquisitive and analytical skills with strong IT skills and commercial acumen.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including [insert benefits].
