Job Summary:

Masterfix GB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of air conditioning systems and services within buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance: Perform planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the site supervisor and/or Service Delivery Manager, including routine maintenance and reactive tasks associated with building services.
  • Engineering Standards: Ensure engineering standards are maintained to maximize the operation effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to company QA and site procedures in all aspects, ensuring compliance with company and site health and safety procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate site records/documentation in a timely fashion to meet KPI requirements, keeping all log books fully up to date.
  • Problem Solving: Inspect the condition of services and proactively deal with any day-to-day issues that may arise.
  • Compliance: Comply with company health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and experience in air conditioning engineering and building services.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience: Proven experience in air conditioning engineering and building services, with a strong understanding of engineering standards and quality assurance procedures.
