Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, determining and applying the appropriate repair methods.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and maintaining filter schedules.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and new technologies to continually improve service offerings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including service call logs and maintenance records.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in air conditioning systems.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of AC systems, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical components, specifically VRV/VRF and Split systems knowledge.
  • Installation & Repair: Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of work.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
