Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients, including diagnosing and resolving issues with refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, F-Gas/EN 378 compliant.
- Experience: Proven experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance and repair, with a strong understanding of VRV's, cold rooms, close control, and chilled water systems.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Education: Relevant education and training in refrigeration and air conditioning.
