Office Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Sales Administrator to join our dynamic vans business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales director, ensuring seamless communication and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for customers, including proposals, vehicle orders, and client updates.
- Contribute to the success of the team by performing various administrative tasks, including diary management, communication, and expense management.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong telephone manner.
- Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook and Word.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage a complex workload with ease.
- Experience in building strong relationships with staff and customers, and managing senior leaders' diaries.
