Te tūranga | The role:

We're seeking a Customer Specialist to join our friendly team within our Advice Centre based in Nelson. As a Customer Specialist, you'll be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from customers. You'll help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.

This is a part-time position working 30 hours a week.

Ō pūkenga | About you:

We're looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast, and respond quickly. You'll be passionate about providing memorable customer experiences. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying.
