Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional and courteous telephone service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our company's computer systems and processes to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner, consistently meeting customer care requirements.
  • Accurately identify and resolve customer problems, escalating them to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and stored.
  • Progress to become a multi-skilled team member, offering flexibility within the department to efficiently provide goods and services to customers.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration or equivalent IT qualification.
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment, with a focus on administrative duties and customer service.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at varying levels throughout the company.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, handle difficult situations, and work as part of a team.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and data protection, with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
