- Accurately identify and resolve customer problems, escalating them to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and stored.
- Progress to become a multi-skilled team member, offering flexibility within the department to efficiently provide goods and services to customers.
- NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration or equivalent IT qualification.
- Experience of working in a busy office environment, with a focus on administrative duties and customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at varying levels throughout the company.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, handle difficult situations, and work as part of a team.
