Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Mental Health Practitioner (Band 6) to join our community-based Local Mental Health Team (LMHT). We are seeking applicants from a mental health nurse background who are looking to take their career to the next level.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing caseloads under the Care Programme Approach, conducting initial assessments and one-to-one interventions with service users, and establishing and maintaining robust communication networks with clients, carers, and other healthcare workers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Professional qualification (mental health) to degree level or equivalent
Maintains current registration with the NMC
Practice-based educator qualification or equivalent (or prepared to undertake training)
