About the Team

Our EMEA Delivery organisation is growing in line with business demand and is at the heart of SS&C Client Delivery & Organisational Transformation. We are currently recruiting Business Analysts & Senior Business Analysts for our international BA Practice where you'll have the opportunity to deliver complex and challenging change programmes for our customers both internally and externally, across a range of business portfolios.

As a Change Management Specialist, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones. You will support the ideation of new requests, leading the discovery and due diligence analysis phases to ensure solid foundations are set, and lead the elicitation and documentation of business outcomes & stakeholder needs.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, or a related area, and relevant industry-recognised BA Qualifications provided by BCS, IIBA, ISEB, CBAP, etc. They will also have experience working with internal and external stakeholders, particularly within fund administration, asset management, wealth or life & pensions.

We offer a competitive salary package of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
