Role Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Change Management Specialist, working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic change initiatives that drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing comprehensive change plans to achieve desired outcomes. Your expertise in change management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement will enable you to make a significant impact on our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic change initiatives
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop comprehensive change plans
* Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt to change
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

* Proven experience in change management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to various audiences
* Ability to think critically and creatively, with a focus on delivering results
