**About Us:**

Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our communities. We are seeking a highly skilled Collaboration Governance Expert to join our team and drive transformational change in policing.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working at a management level in a business planning and change role, managing multiple complex/cross cutting workstreams. They will be a recognised programme/project management practitioner, with in-depth knowledge of analytical techniques and business analysis methods.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement structured collaboration standardisation and alignment, including best practices for data sharing, resource allocation, benefit tracking, and change management.
  • Work closely with the Transformation Director to design and implement effective collaboration governance and leadership or business management processes and practices.
  • Provide strategic leadership and management of all work packages related to strengthening the collaboration or building the Business Process Management capability, to achieve the Joint Transformation Programme vision & objectives.

**Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 25 days holiday per year, rising to 30 days after five years' service.
