About the Role

North Norfolk District Council is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader with a proven Development Management track record to join our Development Management team. As a key player in the team, you will be responsible for determining a wide range of planning applications and playing a vital role in shaping the future of the Service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a small caseload of planning applications
  • Lead and mentor a team of professional Planners
  • Develop and implement staff development plans
  • Ensure individual development and service improvements

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
  • Proven track record in Development Management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
