We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco, with opportunities to work across other categories.

Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked. You will also be responsible for arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal, and setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.

We are looking for someone with experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to be comfortable with manual handling and have a full UK driving license and access to a car.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert at the Entertainer: You will know the Entertainer brand and products inside and out, and share that knowledge with your team.
  • Compliance and Standards: You will know and stick to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You will arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.

Requirements:

  • Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with manual handling.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car.
