Retail Merchandising Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our field-based team. As a key member, you'll work closely with our clients to ensure their retail spaces are visually appealing and effectively merchandised.

This role will primarily be based within Tesco Liverpool Old Swan, with confirmed working hours as follows:

  • Monday: 08:00-10:30
  • Tuesday: 09:00-11:30
  • Wednesday: 09:00-11:30
  • Thursday: 08:00-11:30

Additionally, you'll be required to perform ad-hoc work as agreed. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring fixtures are set up effectively and products are displayed attractively
  • Managing stock levels and replenishing shelves as needed
  • Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices and offers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with in-store colleagues and providing accurate feedback to our client account teams

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative to find solutions
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car are required
