About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup of fixtures, attractive display of products and promotions, and well-stocked shelves within The Entertainer concession at Tesco.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledge of The Entertainer brand and products, with the ability to share this knowledge with colleagues.
  • Compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Product placement and replenishment to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and point-of-sale setup to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for clients.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point-of-sale or stock items.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.
