**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility in Wellingborough.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of 4 maintenance engineers in planned and reactive maintenance on mills, robots, roasters, blow lines, blenders, and other food-based machinery
* Delegate work, manage PPMs, and implement continuous improvements
* Order spares and present breakdown data
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime

**Requirements**

* Minimum of 8 years' experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, ideally with team lead experience
* Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in a maintenance-related discipline
* Strong leadership and communication skills
