Maintenance Engineer

Interaction Technical has partnered with a well-established, market-leading firm based in Wellingborough to find a skilled maintenance engineer to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's equipment and facilities, working closely with the operations team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment.

They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management to achieve goals and objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced maintenance engineer to join a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and facilities
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise, working closely with the operations team
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve goals and objectives
