We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our ADI team in the Bristol branch. This role offers excellent long-term opportunities and a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries and processing orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales and profit targets through effective coaching and empowerment of the branch team.
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety, conducting regular inspections and implementing preventive and corrective measures.
  • Manage day-to-day Branch Operations, including inventory management and cash/credit control.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and supply partners, delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Support all branch audits and contribute to the delivery of business plans and strategies to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Develop and maintain key partnerships with vendors and customers to promote growth and development.
  • Monitor and support the Branch Manager with Branch KPIs, identifying new ways to innovate and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales/customer service experience, preferably in a trades or wholesale environment.
  • Ability to multitask and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
