About the Role:

Pertemps Northampton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join their team. As a Conveyancing Case Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing the conveyancing process for a variety of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Thorough Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents and contracts related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Managing Conveyancing Process: Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process, including liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient property transactions.
  • Drafting Legal Documents: Draft legal documents and agreements, including contracts for sale, leases, and transfer deeds, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Conducting Property Searches: Conduct property searches and investigations to identify any potential legal issues or concerns, providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Case File Management: Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date, with a focus on organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Conveyancing: Demonstrated experience in handling conveyancing cases within the UK legal system, with a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation and review, with proficiency in using relevant legal software and technology for case management.
  • Organizational Skills: Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
