Lead Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team at a state-of-the-art 48-bedded rehabilitation centre in Leatherhead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the occupational therapy team and ensuring that all clients receive timely, effective, and appropriate treatment and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive assessments of clients with neurological injuries, illnesses, and impairments, including those with complex presentations.
- Develop and implement holistic treatment plans, utilising advanced clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective discharge planning.
- Lead and manage the occupational therapy team, providing guidance, support, and supervision as needed.
