About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN. In this role, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective support strategies for students with SEN. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting students with SEN in individual and group settings.
  • Adapting educational materials to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure students receive the necessary support for success.
  • Implementing evidence-based strategies to mitigate behavioural issues.

Key Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • A 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology or a related field from a top UK university.
  • Significant experience working with students with SEN.
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for students with SEN.
