Marston's is a leading pub chain with over 1,300 locations across the UK. We're seeking a talented General Manager to join our team at the Cwrt Rawlin in Caerphilly. As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

About the Role

As a General Manager, you'll be accountable for the overall performance of the pub, including sales, customer satisfaction, and team engagement. You'll work closely with our area manager to develop and implement business strategies, manage budgets, and optimize operations. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and your ability to lead and motivate a team will be key to your success in this role.
