We are looking for a highly skilled Heavy Goods Vehicle Manager to join our team at Royal Mail.

About the Role:

The Heavy Goods Vehicle Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of HGVs, ensuring that all vehicles are kept in good working order and that production targets are met.

Salary: £42,948 per annum, plus shift allowance and weekend supplements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance and repair of our fleet of HGVs.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are kept in good working order.
  • Monitor production targets and implement changes to meet requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified to an advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working on a wide range of vehicles, including HGVs.
  • Valid UK driving license, preferably an HGV license with trailer experience.
