About This Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning support to students with SEN and SEMH needs, focusing on individualized plans and progress monitoring.

This is a 3-day-per-week position, requiring flexibility and a commitment to supporting students' diverse educational requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To provide tailored learning assistance to students with SEN and SEMH needs.
  2. To assist in developing and implementing individualized learning plans.
Essential Requirements
  • Significant experience working with children who have SEN and SEMH needs.
  • Hold a minimum of a Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of inclusive education principles and practices.
