About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Regional Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will travel across your region to deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that every shift, at every location, meets our high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe administration of medications
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks. You will also have a successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.
