Care Assistant Care Home

Archard Talent Limited is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join their team in a residential care home setting. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the residents receive the high-quality care and support they deserve.

Your day will be filled with meaningful activities, from assisting with daily living tasks to providing companionship and creating cherished memories. Daily you will:

  • Support residents with their needs, including meals, personal care, and mobility.
  • Follow individualised care plans to ensure each resident's unique requirements are met.
  • Dedicate one-on-one time to residents, fostering a warm and supportive environment.
  • Share moments of joy and companionship, contributing to a positive atmosphere.
  • Adapt to varied tasks, ensuring no two days are the same.

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A fun and happy outlook on life.
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
  • Live close to / can commute daily to Henfield, West Sussex.
