About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at a luxury care home in the UK. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with medication management and administration
  • Participate in care planning and review processes to ensure individualized care
  • Collaborate with the care team to maintain a safe and clean environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant in a professional or personal setting
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (desirable)
