Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in a residential care home setting. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the residents receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, including meals, personal care, and mobility.
  • Follow individualised care plans to meet each resident's unique requirements.
  • Provide one-on-one time to residents, fostering a warm and supportive environment.
  • Contribute to a positive atmosphere by sharing moments of joy and companionship.
  • Adapt to varied tasks, ensuring no two days are the same.
Requirements:
  • A fun and happy outlook on life.
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
  • Live close to / can commute daily to Henfield, West Sussex.
