Regional Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Nurse to join our team at Barchester. As a Regional Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will also need to have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks.
