Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to the development of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Service Standards: Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, and that all staff are trained to provide excellent service.
  • Cost Controls: Assist with the management of costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Profit and Loss: Contribute to the development of the restaurant's profit and loss statement, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Team Development: Support the development of staff, including training and coaching, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
