The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, and previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
  • Monitor construction budgets and keep track of expenses.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
  • Review and update project costs as the construction work progresses.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
