Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Administration to join our team at Castlemeadow Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our administration department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration team, including scheduling, annual leave, and sick leave.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders and invoices, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to enquiries.
- Collect and follow up on non-payment of fee income from local authorities and private fee payers.
- Manage the Home's petty cash, including recording all disbursements and action reclaims to maintain the float.
- Prepare and submit payroll returns accurately, including hours worked, sickness, holidays, starters, and leavers.
- Maintain employee personnel records.
Administrative Support:
- Provide clerical support to the General Manager and other staff as needed, including diary management, word processing, photocopying, filing, etc.
- Perform reception duties, providing a focal point for visitors and telephone enquirers, promoting a positive image and customer service approach throughout.
Requirements:
- 4 years of administrative experience.
