Teaching Opportunity at The Complete Works Independent School

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Alternative Teachers. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.

About the Role: As an Alternative Teacher, you will be working one-to-one with students across London, providing personalized lessons and support. Our students have a range of needs, including SEN, medical needs, and SEMH, and we require teachers who are flexible and adaptable.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a legal right to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS certificate, and two professional reference checks. Experience working with young people, ideally with SEN or SEMH, is also essential.

Pay and Benefits: Our starting rate is £50.48 per 3-hour session, with a 5-week induction and training period. Ongoing professional development is also provided.
