About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Branch Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing education on HSBC digital services, and identifying customers who require additional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Play a pivotal role in customer education, promoting HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
  • Identify customers who are in vulnerable situations and determine the best way to support them.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
