About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at HSBC. As a key member of our Branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional face-to-face customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service, resolving customer enquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process a wide range of transactions with a high degree of accuracy, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Support the education of customers around HSBC self-service devices and alternative digital banking platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Branch team to improve workflows and processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to take ownership of customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive minimum starting salary of £23,205, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus. You will also receive a range of benefits, including over six weeks' holiday, Perks at Work Benefit, and access to a flexible benefits platform.
