We're currently recruiting a Chef to join our team, who will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goals. As a Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers. You'll oversee and implement menu changes, identify opportunities to improve our food services, and listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
  • Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure our offerings remain exciting and appealing.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing changes to enhance the overall experience.
  • Listening and acting on customer feedback to ensure we consistently meet their needs.


To succeed in this role, you'll need to be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service. You should hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, have experience supervising a team, and be flexible in your approach to working. A Food Hygiene certificate is also essential.

As a Chef at Compass UK & Ireland, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to providing exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers. The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
