Pharmacy Accuracy Checker Role at Paydens Group of Pharmacies

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Pharmacy Accuracy Checker. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.

As a Pharmacy Accuracy Checker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and dispensing prescriptions with utmost accuracy.
  • Working closely with pharmacists to ensure efficient pharmacy operations and patient safety.
  • Engaging with patients to provide medication-related advice and support under the pharmacists' guidance.
  • Managing and ordering stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensuring the pharmacy's compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participating in continuous professional development activities to stay informed on the latest pharmacy practices and medications.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A recognised qualification as a Pharmacy Accuracy Checker.
  • Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication skills capable of empathetic patient interactions and effective team collaboration.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and pharmacy practice.

This role offers stable working hours designed to support your work-life balance. The role is a part-time position: Thursday and Friday 9 am - 6 pm and occasional Saturday work on a rotational basis to ensure full team coverage.
