About the Role:

The NHS Business Growth Manager will be responsible for driving new business and supporting larger projects within the NHS. This role requires strong relationship-building abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Duties:
  • Cultivate and grow networks within NHS accounts, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Engage with clients through calls, visits, and social media to maintain a high level of activity.
  • Support external Account Managers with demonstrations, quotes, and major projects.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and meet KPIs for client engagement and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in Account Management.
  • Strong CRM skills, comfort with KPI-based targets, and excellent relationship-building abilities.
