Healthcare Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our Staff Bank team at Western Isles Hospital.
As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be committed to delivering a high standard of care, interact well within a multi-disciplinary team, and achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers within three months of full-time employment or six months for part-time workers.
The successful candidate will be required to register with the PVG Scheme and comply with the Code of Conduct.
