Nursing Home Senior Leader Wanted in Hambleton - £48,000 per annum.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join our team as a Deputy Manager in Hambleton. The successful candidate will have a strong background in senior leadership and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
You will be responsible for managing nursing teams, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring resident progress and well-being. A valid NMC pin number is essential for this role.
