About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching our Pupil Premium students in small groups and tutoring individual students, dependent on current need. You will work closely with our teaching staff to deliver high-quality educational experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality educational experiences to Pupil Premium students in small groups and one-to-one settings.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement effective lesson plans and strategies.
  • Provide individualized support to students, focusing on their academic and personal development.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
