Hotel Receptionist

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and approachable Hotel Receptionist to join our team at The Slaughters Country Inn. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Assist with room maintenance, reporting any issues or concerns to the management team in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by participating in team meetings, suggesting ideas for improvement, and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
